This employee spent a lot of time scrutinizing the vehicle in search for damages. The result was that he found what he called many damages, of which I was able to see only one scratch, located beneath the doors at the left side of the car. The other supposed damages at the front and rear parts of the bodywork and at a tyre, according to the employee, were neither visible nor shown to us by him. The whole process took a lot of time and we had to leave before completion of the report by the employee in order not to loose our flight. The employee told us that he would retain the 2,400 Bulgarian leva deposit until completion of the report and damage costs evaluation, which he said, would be sent to us by email on that very same evening. Instead, 631.54 leva were charged to our warranty credit card on 18/05/2024 but no report of damages, budget or invoice/receipt have been received by either myself or the credit card holder. In order to present the corresponding claim before our insurance company, I CLAIM FOR AN URGENT SUBMISSION TO ME OF THE DAMAGE REPORT AND THE INVOICE/RECEIPT OF THE CHARGES WE HAVE BEEN MADE.

However, things changed when today we returned the car to Georgi. From the start, Georgi was very rude to us and acuse us of not advising the company we would return the car early. As I explained to him we had already told Valeri the day that we arrived we eould return the car before and told us that it would be no problem. After he started telling us we would had to pay the parking ticket because we had not passed the card parking in really bad manners. The whole experience was really dissapointing since we had initially a vert nice experience with the renting.



He arrived 50 min late I was waiting for more than one hour, losing my time,

He did his job I guess. But overall return process is slow. I dontt know why we couldn't sign it on the paper in the parking and go on with our process in the airport.

We told him what had happened and he returned the deposit...but did not give the solution to the customer servce center that has charged us the parking anyway. That is not a good way to treat clients. GIVE MORE INFORMATION:
