We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our services, as we have been cooperating with you for many years and it is not in our interests to invent fake conditions, especially for our regular clients, like you.
Since you regularly use the services of our company, you should know that the deposit must be renewed after the 25th day of rent, otherwise it is automatically released by the bank. We do not get any benefit from this, because when we make a new authorization, we cancel the old one.
Please note that you haven't been charged for returning your vehicle 5 hours earlier but for returning the car out of office hours. The Late Service Fee is described on our web site and in your rental agreement.
We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, and we rely on our customers to respect them too.
