Unfortunately, after explaining Pavel what happened with the tyre, we did not hear the word "sorry" one single time. He questioned our behavior ("Why didn't you call?" - we had to show him the call log!). We were not provided with any solution-oriented answer. If I have to judge by Pavel's behavior, it is perfectly normal at Top Rent-a-Car that tyre sets are not inspected and maintained and eventually it is a customer's problem.
His attitude is awful. Not friendly at all. If you don't appreciate me as a customer, change your job. Dont make the mistake to get a ticket at the parking booth when droping off the car at the airport. You have a card. The staff was rude telling I had to pay extra for the ticket, even though the card is present. I didn't mind paying, but why do I have to deal with the awful attitude of the attendant (Pavel), I have no idea!
