Seemed intent on finding issue with car and charging me penalty for it.
Charged a full day rate for bring vechile back late by under 2 hours . I rented the car from 120m on day one paid for 10 full days hire . Made a typo error on collection said bring back at 10am. Charged a bother day rate for brining back at 11.30am .

The car had a little sand on the seats and footwells, so your agent charged me a penalty for cleaning. This is ridiculous. You know that people returning cars are in a hurry and need to catch flights. So you think they will pay extra charges without making a fuss. It is a shame as I have rented from you in the past without a problem but now I will not use your services again.
Agent was rude and unhelpful, saying we would have to take the car to T2 because his colleague had made a mistake. His manner was unacceptable. He eventually agreed to accept the car but said it would cause him a big problem.
Kristin was the most unhelpfull person I have every met ,I got the tyre fixed for 20 lev ,all he kept saying was I can charge you 100 lev,the full cover seems to be not worth the extra money shall use a better company next time
