I don't think that I have to justify my rating any more. I can just advise your employees to be more respectful and more empathic. It's clear that the motto of the company is the customer is not right.
I was helped in perfect English and on a very high professional service level by everyone I had contact with. Good and clean car and all correct. We will rent again and could advise this company. Jan.
