Не съм доволно от сервиса и от държание позволяват да повишават тон. Затова няма повече да ви ползвам услугите. Платих допълнителна застраховка и на караха да заплати още допълнително 60 лев за това че намериха от предишен клиент малко петно от вода който с мокри кърпички се изчиства. Това не сериозно и самата колата не беше в идеално състояние.

Случаят Ви беше предаден на отдел" "Къстомер сервиз". След направената проверка е било установено, че петната са нови и таксуването беше регламентирано от нашата страна. Ние държим на нашите клиенти и никога не бихме си позволили да таксуваме някой извън условията на договора.
Много внимателно се отнасяме към подбирането на нашия персонал, понеже комфорта и удовлетвореността на нашите клиенти играят ключовата роля в нашия успех. След проверката от отдел "Качество и контрол" получихме потвърждение, че колегата не превишаваше правата си обясняваше правилата и отговорностите спокойно и учтиво.
Съжаляваме, че имахте непредвидени разходи. Разбираме, че това никога не е приятно, но имаме стриктни условия, към които се придържаме и очакваме клиентите ни също да ги спазват.

70 Euro for cleaning the car is a complete rip off- never again!

Poor understanding of customer excellence- poor communication skills, needs basic training! With employees like him you will definitely kill the company in a short time. He charged Eiro 70,- extra cost for cleaning a rental car! This is ridiculous - cleaning a rental car AFTER return us a must and needs to be considered in the rental price - charging extra means making additional money from stupid customers.

Rip off! Very good offer turned into a rip off because of extra charging of additional cost which are completely unusual!!! No explanation given, just showing the contract, and under „miscellaneous „ they are allowed to charge 70,- Euros for cleaning!!!!

We would like to clarify, that you filled the tank up in Dobrich, which is a 45-minute drive from Varna. Until you got to the airport, the car could not stay with a full tank. We always try to leave only pleasant impressions from our services and charging our customers at any cost is not how our company made its name through years that is why our colleague suggested You to return to the gas station near the airport and refill the tank so that you do not have to face additional costs, but unfortunately you refused and then we acted solely on the terms of the contract.

Keine Ordentliche Übergabe des KFZ und bei der Abgabe war der Mitarbeiter alleine am F z und hat Schaden festgestellt ohne uns das zu Zeigen, es war kein Schaden am Fahrzeug die Bilder die er uns gereift hat waren wahrscheinlich nicht von unserem gemieteten Auto, wir wurden einfach so abgehandelt und mein Widerspruch wurde ingnoriet , die Kaution von 616,73 wurde einbehalten und noch mehr zurück gezahlt . Für mich steht fest , nurmehr Top Rent A Car bg Bitte Vorsicht

I let the car fill up 30 minutes before delivery. However, the fuel gauge did not show Full. When I handed over the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle is not fully refueled. I said that I let it fill up and the fault lies with the car. I was told that an employee drives to the gas station to fill up the car, I said again that the car is fully tanked. After 1 hour I was told that the employee had refueled 4 liters. how he refueled these 4 liters I do not know, I think he has tank until it came out again at the top. Then I was told that this "servic" costs 40,- leva. For 40,- leva I can also take a taxi, I don't need a car from you and I won't rent a vehicle from their company. According to vehicle documents, the C3 has a 65 liter tank this alleged 4 liter misfiring 6%. The processing fee for refueling corresponds to approx. 25% of the rental price.

Колата взех сам, беше паркирана на тъмно така че и да съм искал да я огледам щеше да е невъзможно
Бяха ми удържани £50 за петно, с големина около две стотинки и трудно забележимо, на предна лява седалка което не е било описано в предавателния протокол. Подобни петна имаше по предна и задна десни седалки и най-вероятно петното на шофьорската седалка е същото, но са пропуснали да опишат. Жалък мошенник

Я не посоветую в интернете среди читателей FB в Израиле - заказывать у вас в аэропорту Варны машину. Увеличение цены в 2 раза вместо 423.05 левов и требование оплаты в 450 евро- это просто воровство !
Требование общей страховки в компании( тем более ранее я заплатил общую страховку в агрегаторе booking- это наглость. Требование оплаты за царапину на 1 диске - по цене покупке новых 2 дисков в Болгарии: это воровство и наглость !
Я пошлю письмо официальное от имени моей компании в агрегатор возврата денег по страховке по цене вашего требования по ущербу. Я лично направлю запрос в мастеркард- запрет платы по аренде. И отправлю официальное письмо в полицию аэропорта варны за использование кредитной карточки моей компании в воровстве моих денег !

It’s not my first time renting a car from here.Usually when I rent a car someone comes with me to pick the car and take pictures aswell but when I went to pick up the car this time no one came with me to pick up the car or take pictures.Also because I picked up the car when it was dark I didn’t realise that the car was very dirty inside and outside aswell as some damage.I took some pictures with the damage when I went to pick up but you couldn’t tell because of the dirt until after the car was washed.I have proof from the next day showing the scratch on the car aswell as how dirty it was.
When I went for drop of they inspected the car and claimed that there was not enough fuel but im sure I had enough fuel .They charged me for this.I was also charged for the scratch I didn’t do .I’m not happy with the service and won’t be coming back here again.I’ve told my solicitors about this situation as I also have proof.
