Because there was no in one ns at the reception we dropped the keys and papers.
Then we got a bill by mail of 60 euro because of a missing parking ticket.
We will never rent a car again from this company.

Като редовен ваш клиент, съм изключително разочарован от услугите ви за първи път. Бях таксуван такса от 30 евро за административно обслужване на щета, за която не съм сигурен че съм виновен. На всичко отгоре съм заплатил услуга, която покрива щети по автомобила. Ако бях информиран при подписване на споразумението за новите "правила", нямаше да плащам допълнително за top protection. Каква е логиката да ме таксувате 30 евро за почти невидимо ожулване по невидимата част на долната предна броня при положение, че съм платил 169 евро за вашия страхотен top protection за 13 дена?
Това е пълна гавра и не мисля да използвам услугите ви в бъдеще!

He gave me the car not clean inside and especially outside.
His service very bad. 1st he let me pay my 1 day reservation. I told him, I'm already paid in the same branch. He Dont check his system. 2nd he want me charge the full tank. He already check the car and he want me to charge the tank, even its already full. Before I drop the car I full the tank. But he ask me too much about the receipt, where the gasoline station. After that his Co- worker told him it's OK. The last thing I'm angry, he let me paid 136.90 liva because he saw the small 3 pcs. hair from my small dog. Does this make sense 136.90 liva for the 3pcs. Hair????. I put my dog inside the kennel. But when I pick up the car not clean. Before I drop the car in your office I cleaned it inside and outside. More I cleaned, than I pick up. He tried me to charge anything. And no respect to the customer. I like your car and I want to rent for my third times. This is my plan and to share to my friends. but your agent very bad service. I hope I don't want to meet him again in your office. I Want to know it is right to charge me 136.90 liva/70 euro because of the hair? More expensive than my 1day rent 43euro? I hope you will check it about this. I paid coz I don't want spend my time with him. He tried to find a problem to charge the customer.

The rules of our company allow the transportation of pets in our vehicles in specially designated cages. It is clarified in details in terms of the contract that you signed. Upon your return of the car in your presence, it was found that this condition was not met, the interior of the car was full of wool and spots on the seats, which makes it absolutely unsuitable for subsequent use by other customers. That is why we are very surprised to find out that the car has been washed before the return.
Please note that we are very meticulous about providing cars to our customers in perfect clean condition, and after your rental, this vehicle has to pass deep cleaning and disinfection as we need to bring the car to the same high standard as we provided it to you.
We understand that you are frustrated by the sanctions imposed and this is most likely the reason for your negative review. За царапину на колесе с нас взяли 850 евро! Это ужасно, царапина не может столько стоить! Мы разочарованы и это так не оставим! Больше никогда не воспользуемся вашими услугами и никому не будем рекомендовать. Требуем вернуть наши деньги!
Взеха ни 850 евро за драскотина на колело! Това е ужасно, една драскотина не може да струва толкова много! Разочаровани сме и няма да го оставим така! Никога повече няма да използваме вашите услуги и няма да ви препоръчаме на никого. Искаме парите си обратно!

Kaloyan Manev lied to my face about my dog saying he told me when I picked up the car?? . He said he told me then about no animals in the car !! ABSOLUTE LIAR. My dog is a support dog and is registered . My dog goes in a bag and I cleared the car of rubbish but there are a few hairs on the floor and Seat. I took a photo and he wants 50 euro to clean ONE seat. I went to the police and they said ask if you can clean the seat but he refused. I am in Bulgaria 17 years and a regular client of rent a car but it’s disgusting service

This man lied to my face. The police suggest I offer to clean car .. my home 5 minutes away and I could hoover the hairs but he refused.
What do you do is small children are in the car ?? Make a penalty of 50 euro
He should be reprimanded for lying. Why would I take my support dog if he said this in pick up? You should tell clients to clean the car themselves

From our part, we would like to clarify few important aspects that you did not mention in your narrative.
To begin with, the rules of our company allow the transportation of pets in our vehicles, but only in specially designated cages. You were informed about that at the beginning of the rental and it is clarified in details in terms of the contract that you signed. Upon your return of the car in your presence, it was found that this condition was not met, the interior of the car was very dirty, full of wool and with wet spots on the back seat, which makes it absolutely unsuitable for subsequent use by other customers.
Please note that we are very meticulous about providing cars to our customers in perfect clean condition, and after your rental, this vehicle has to pass deep cleaning and disinfection which will take several days as we need to bring the car to the same high standard as we provided it to you. The collected fee does not cover either the costs for cleaning and disinfection or the days of the car's stay.
We understand that you are frustrated by the sanctions imposed and this is most likely the reason for your negative review, but we encourage you to put yourself in the shoes of other customers, especially with children, health conditions and allergies who will have to rent a car after your use.
